WARDELL GRAY MEMORIAL VOL. 1, Prestige 7008, deep groove pressing, RVG in dead wax, 446 W 50th St on labels, Bergenfield on jacket. 

This 1955 release contains 12 tracks recorded 1949-1953. The musicians are Wardell Gray (tenor sax), Frank Morgan (alto sax), Teddy Charles (vibes), Al Haig, Phil Hill, Sonny Clark (piano), Tommy Potter, Johnny Richardson, Dick Nivison (bass), Roy Haynes, Art Mardigan, Larry Marable (drums). 
The tunes are Twisted, Easy Living, Southside, Sweet Lorraine, Blue Gray, Grayhound, A Sinner Kissed an Angel, Treadin', The Man I Love, Paul's Cause, Lavonne, So Long Broadway.

Condition of record is E, no scuffs, no scratches, a few spindle marks. Jacket shows slight overall wear, no seam splits.

E = Excellent. Some evidence of having been played, with no audible defect. Shiny surface, no groove wear. 
V = Very Good. Noticeable wear, visual and audible. Records with slight surface noise and/or scuffs fall into this category. 
G = Good. Not really all that good. Records in this category have more significant damage or wear. 
F = More severe damage, distracting surface noise. Only used in incidence of extreme rarity.
P = Poor condition, proves existence of record only.

We think that most buyers want to receive their winnings quickly, so we offer the fastest mail options and we pack our records very carefully in heavy duty mailers. Shipments are made on Saturday and Tuesday mornings. Records which have been paid for by 3:00 PM on the day before will be shipped on those days.

Canada $14.00 First Class Mail International;
Overseas (Europe, Asia, Australia, Africa, South America) $24.00 First Class Mail International.
