Description
For sale is Wall Of Voodoo's first self titled album, released by Index Records in 1980. This record is an original first pressing of an iconic album, featuring the first release of "Ring of Fire". In the dead wax there is etched "It's a Dog's Life" on one side and "...And They're Off" on the other side. I bought this new, played it and immediately put it away in a new inner sleeve. I always put all my records directly into a protective inner sleeve(s), thus preserving the integrity of the insert(s) and the original inner sleeve(s). The insert is Near Mint. The vinyl is Near Mint. The cover is conservatively graded as Excellent because of some stress cracks, some minor shelf rubs and color loss along the spine. It's been played only on the best Audiophile equipment and still has a lot of life yet. This is one of the best copies of this album that I've ever seen or heard, and you would be hard pressed to find one in this condition, especially with an intact insert, ever again. This would make a great addition to anyone's collection. I have more albums listed in my Ebay store. Please take a look. They're all Near Mint. Thanks for looking at my listing. Over the years I've used Dust Bugs, Disc Washers and have finally invested in a professional VPI record cleaning machine. Now that I'm retiring, I'm selling my very esoteric collection. I'm not a professional grader of records, but will use record guides, as well as my personal experiences as a basis of my grading all records. Since grading is subjective, I will be conservative.
