PAYMENT - UK Buyers can use paypal, send a cheque or postal order. If you are an overseas buyer please make sure you pay by paypal.

 Please complete payment within three days of end of auction. I will escalate any non-payment via the appropriate eBay dispute channels which can result in a non-payment strike if no payment is received, so please only bid if you want the item and you’re prepared to pay – Thank you.

MULTIPLE PURCHASES - If you want to buy several auction items that's great just send me a message to let me know so I don't start chasing you for payment. As long as the auction is finishing within a week we can hang on until you have everything you want and then you can combine the payment for all your items making it easier for you.

SHIPPING /POSTAGE - Please be assured that your item will be packaged to the best of my ability, with ample protective packaging in a mailing bag or box. My postage costs reflect the weighed packaged item, the packaging, and a little extra for petrol to the post office and time. I am very fair with my postal prices. 

We usually post items within few days of payment. However once a month I have to go away and during this time it may take a little longer to post out to you . Please let me know if you require something urgently in advance. I’m afraid I cannot accept responsibility for postal loss or delays, however I do obtain proof of postage.

NEED EXPEDITED POSTAGE - If you require an item really fast I can post Special next day delivery which would be at an extra cost on top of the normal postal charge. Eg If your payment clears on the Monday, your item will be despatched on the Tuesday and will be with you by the Wednesday.

COMBINED POSTAGE - I do combine postage for multiple purchases, please email me the items you wish to purchase and I will weigh the combined parcel and I will supply the estimated postal costs and options.

OVERSEAS POSTAGE - I am  happy to post overseas - I always estimate as best I can the postal charges for Royal mail airmail but if for some reason I have not estimated accurately I will contact you and let you know. If you require a postage option other than standard airmail please contact me and I will try to assist with alternative options.

TERMS OF SALE - I do not give refunds on auction items that don't fit properly or because you've simply changed your mind - all auction sales are final. As you can appreciate,accepting returns on items that go for low value isn't viable. However this means youcan often get a really bargin. Just ask a few questions if you need to before you bid to avoid disappointment. Please be aware that sizes and styles may vary from one brand to another, so please be sure of the size and measurements before you bid.If you require any additional measurements please let me know and I will try to help. Should on a rare occasion an item be wrongly described or faulty a refund would be given, but please contact me first.

I am always happy to answer any questions you may have and will try to do so as quickly as possible however I am not on-line all of the time. If required I can send additional photos on request please let me know the email address to send these to.

 However, if you have purchased a Buy-it-now item you can return your item. I simply ask that you get in touch within 7 days and let me know that you would like to return the item. You then have a further 7 days (14 days in total) to get the item back to me. As a buyer you are responsible for the cost of the return postage, please obtain proof of postage for any returned item. If returning a Buy-it-now item, please return it in its orginal condition with all tags/accessories and obviously undamaged, unworn and without odours etc. I will then process the refund (less the original postage).
