The labels are clean, bright and unmarked with no loss to their strong vibrant colour and just a few light spindle traces
VINYL Visual: EX+/EX+/EX+/EX+
All surfaces retain their original deep glossy sheen and are practically unmarked in normal light with just wispy hairlines under bright light
VINYL Audio: EX+/NM/NM/NM
Outstanding audio on this (very) first pressing - crystal clear, clean, bright, immediate and tremendously atmospheric.
This set is impressively produced and engineered (and compiled - the tracks fit/segue together perfectly) and it has a sensational loud cut.
My play-check at loud volume revealed no major audio issues of note - just a light touch of surface noise on the run-in to Side One (for the first few seconds) and on some on the quieter non-musical moments (audience/chat) and a pin-point white spot (within the vinyl itself) on "Rainbows All Over Your Blues" which causes two 'pops' otherwise, no scratches, no other clicks or pops, no groove-wear and no distortion - great copy
SLEEVE: EXCELLENT
The thick and heavy matt, tri-fold, top loading EJ DAY sleeve is also in lovely condition with just a small surface tear on the front (please see close-up photo) - the only thing preventing a NM grading
INNER SLEEVES: EX/EX/VG
The three original poly-lined inners are clean with no seam splits but one of them has some snagging to the central die-cut section and creasing
