Original 1963 UK Parlophone PMC 1206 Mono LP with Garrod & Lofthouse Sleeve

Complete with original Emitex polylined Liner Sleeve

A very nice 'Decca Pressing' - as denoted by the  half an inch recess - from edge of label inwards . Also , Decca pressing have no Stamper Digits at the 3-0-Clock position area of the run off groove .....

As is well documented , due to the massive demand for Beatle vinyl in 1963 , EMI had to contract out to other pressing plants for orders to be completed .........

The Disc has  very light play .... side one has one solitary small , faint surface trace .... side two has a couple of very faint surface traces , nothing heavy at all  .... Bright , clean labels , barely aby sign of spindle use .... The disc plays through really really well , great sound quality throughout : Graded EXCELLENT+  condition.

The Sleeve has  very light  use  .... beautifully bright , crisp and clean .... a couple of light light laminate wrinkles  .... great  edges and spine .... lovely clean rear panel  : Graded at  EXCELLENT  condition

I usually start auctions at a low price to generate interest in bidding

All items are graded Audio / Visually , and played on a high grade system

Please feel able to bid with confidence , as a collector myself I understand the requirements in the gradings of discs and sleeves , and how important it is to recieve items in the condition as advertised

I grade items ( using the UK Record Collector Grading System) beneath a light , to be sure of condition

I do not believe it is necessary to use the eBay buzzwords such as STUNNING !! RARE !! AWESOME !! , padded out with grossly long winded 'descriptions' ..... Many of the 'experts' who use this method of selling also add technical information , which is totally unfounded and does not correspond with the actual facts , and would be laughable but for the fact it is totally misleading. I take time and care to graded items correctly , and only list quality records , with concise , accurate grading descriptions

I have been a lifelong music fan , my first concert visit was in 1957 (Birmingham Town Hall Skiffle Contest !) and have bought records of all the great music since 1959 , and had the privelege of seeing most of the great artists 'live' ( I saw The Beatles twice and Segovia !)

I began selling professionally in 1976 , and have a wide knowledge of the items I sell (and always learning !) having bought copies of my own at time of issue , always being interested in the sleeve , label and disc variations. If you have any queries , I will do my best to answer correctly

All items carefully packaged using proper cardboard packaging (I do not use low quality preformed mailers)

The discs are placed seperately from the sleeves within the package to avoid splitting or damage . Items are sent promptly - usually within one working day of payment .
