THE GATEFOLD COVER AND OBI ARE IN REALLY NICE CONDITION - A NEAR MINT. THE RECORD TOO IS NEAR MINT. THE INSERT IS INTACT IN THE CENTER OF THE GATEFOLD.  THE PRESS SHEET COMES FOLDED BUT IS IN NEAR MINT CONDITION!
