Description
This Pink Floyd, Wish You Wer Here, album is a superb example of quality sound. It is limited, rare and almost unique. The album itself was released in 1975 and sold by the million. But this Nimbus pressing, issued with the magazine, Hi Fi Today , was limited to a few thousand at most. And the quality was something special. They were remastered from the original tapes and pressed on pure virgin vinyl, which had an incredible frequency range and background noise was virtually non-existent. It was widely recognised by many experts that the sound quality on these records was better than that of the original pressings. For Floyd fans this album is a must. It has had virtually no play, spindle marks are almost non-existent and the pristine quality of the vinyl looks as though it has only just come off the presses. It is a first pressing with the matrix numbers A1 and B1 and has the NIMBUS ENGLAND mark etched into the vinyl. Make no mistake this album is highly collectable.....not only to Floyd fans but to audiophile collectors as well. The printed rigid cardboard inner sleeve is in perfect condition as is the outer sleeve, which has the exclusive Nimbus SUPERCUT label on the front.
