WINGS - " LONDON TOWN ", Toshiba-EMI. Japan (EPS-81000) Stereo, 1978.
Very rare, Japanese white label test pressing of the 1978 LP by Wings.
Includes a photocopied sheet featuring details of the album - some in English and some in Japanese. Plus a small black and white photo of the of th artwork - see photos for more info

NOTE: this record is one of a collection I have just bought from an ex-EMI employee. Generally, these records have hardly been played... many have clearly had no more than a couple of quick test-plays. Even those which have clearly been used a bit more, have very well looked after and only ever played on a good quality, well set up turntable. Please read the condition description below for acurate detail on the condition of this particular LP.
CONDITION:
VINYL = EXCELLENT CONDITION (No scratches, no marks, no groove damage, little or no spindle trails, no surface noise, etc. Even under a bright grading lamp, this LP is free from surface scuffs and any other light visible imperfections. This LP looks, and sound great - the only reason that I marked it down from Near Mint to Ex was that when I test played it, I noticed a very slight warp as it played.. nothing serious, just 1 or 2mm off of perfectly flat and certainly not enough to make any needle jump or affect the sound. I know it's had one test play by me and presumably one or two by it's original owner, but I doubt it's had many more spins in it's entire lifetime.
Note: for the purposes of this listing I have tested this LP on my Linn LP12 Sondek turntable - generally this is quite a critical test, but I must point out that I cannot guarantee exactly how this LP will sound on your turntable - common sense for most... but then this is ebay!!!)
SLEEVE, ETC = V.G.+ (Nothing serious, but the generic "Sample Record" sleeve and the other bits with this LP have had a bit of wear and have some ageing sellotape stuck to them - see photos for further clarification)
NOTE: I must point out that we are actually a long standing physical record shop, with many decades worth of selling, trading and grading records under our collective belts. Unlike so many of the jokers now selling records on ebay, we know how to grade records.
