Description

This is maybe Taft's rarest and most sought-after speech on record. A very rare September 1908 recording of his speech, Rights and Progress of the Negro, released on Victor 5554. This is the first pressing and the rarest. And this is a truly unbelievable top copy. There are a couple of very light scuffs, sort of, but you will be very impressed by the incredibly pristine condition of this copy. Looks barely played and barely touched. This is a beautiful copy of this historic rarity, and one of the rarest of all the rare Taft speeches. Impossible to find in this condition, or at all!
