Original wide band issue.

Cover:            EXCELLENT  former owner has written his name near the upper right corner of back cover quite faintly, laminated front side, very well preserved, intact edges and spine

Disc:              NEAR MINT    actually this appears unplayed, true mint. No spindle marks, the vinyl is as new, no signs of play
