Description

WEIRD-OHS – “New! The Sounds of the Weird-ohs” (1964) Mercury-20976 original MONO PROMO pressing VG+/VG+ (cover/record)

Rare and cool Gary Usher surf, rat fink and hot rod album released on Mercury with great cartoon cover art and in conjunction with the Hawk Model Company.

This is an original MONO PROMO pressing. The cover almost no wear – just some light age/light staining – nothing bad, and the seams are intact. The green label mono promotional label vinyl has a few light scuffs and line marks, but nothing really significant exept in the last song on side two there are two scratches that go into the label and cause light double ticking when the needle passes through, but they are light and don’t cause skips or repeats on my turntable. The rest of the LP plays great. Conservative grading: VG+/VG+ (cover/record).

Winner pays postage. Domestic U.S. shipping is $4 media rate or $10 for priority mail (insurance additional and quoted at cost). International first class shipping (7-10 day delivery) varies by postal zone. Please see the listing for specific costs.

I highly recommend postal insurance to protect against any damage that might occur during shipping.

I package all LPs securely in record mailers and remove the vinyl from the covers to prevent seam splits during mailing. I do not just stick your record in a priority mailer box from the post office or between two thin pieces of cardboard with no additional packaging materials like so many others!!!
