** I am moving out of state soon, and this may be the last time I list a lot of my items, including the contents of this listing.  I will be getting rid of a lot of things to lighten my load for the move.  I've significantly lowered the prices of many of the items to help them move.  I may even have some new things listed, for a one-time shot.  So this may be your first AND last chance at some of my store's items, FYI.

Item Description: This listing is for a used vinyl copy of weezer's definitive sophomore album Pinkerton.  If you're reading this, I probably don't have to tell you how important this album is in the history of not just power pop or alt rock, but indeed all of rock and roll.  If The Blue Album is a perfect ten, then this one "goes to eleven".  Read on for more details on this particular copy, and about some of the other weezer vinyl and collectibles I have for sale.
This is an original 1996 US issue of the album on vinyl, catalog number DGC-25007.  This was originally owned by my sister, but decided to give (sell?) it to me at some point in the late 90s.  I didn't originally the have desire to collect weezer on vinyl, but after I acquired this, I decided to go "whole hog".  It's in fantastic shape, with just the most minor of signs of wear or play - I would guess this was played less than ten time between my sister and I, maybe less.  See pics.  It's REALLY tough to let this one go; this isn't merely an album I like a lot, it was the soundtrack to a full year of my life, in which many indelible memories were made.  Alas, I made the decision to sell all my =w= vinyl, and I'm sticking to it.  If you buy it, please cherish it.  No shrink wrap or hype sticker, but clean.
TL;DR... If you're a serious weezer collector, you would do well to see my other listings.  I have hundreds of toys and pop culture items to offer, but if you go to my store (aka "see seller's other listings" and then search "weezer"), you'll find other records and collectibles, including fan club materials.  From the summer of 1994 through about 2016, I was one of the biggest fans you could possibly meet, and collected all things weezer during that time.  I was a fanclub member "back in the day", knew Mykel and Carli personally, and saw the band 25 times total, including five times on the Pinkerton tour, and three times as Goat Punishment.  I'm on the cover of The Good Life single, I attended the video shoots for both Beverly Hills and Troublemaker, and have met 6 of the 7 members of the band multiple times (for some reason, never chased down Mikey, and of course will never be able to now).  I was an established boardie at allthingsweezer.com from about 2007-2014, and contributed quite a bit to weezerpedia when it was still new (under the handle BringHomeTheTukey at both sites).  I live near Los Angeles, and in my youth, I had the time and energy to chase the band around their home town.  I tell you all this not to brag, but to illustrate that the items that I offer are not only legit, but well-cared-for.  Know that you're not buying from someone just trying to make a quick buck, but from someone who has had genuine love for the band, and valued these items for years.  So why am I selling it all?  I guess you could say that, to some degree, I've fallen out of love with the band; while I still have mad love for the music and cherish my memories of fandom of yesteryear, I've become frustrated with the wild inconsistency of quality of recent releases.  I haven't even seen the band live since 2015.  Additionally, at this point in my life, I've decided to downsize and let a lot of physical possessions go, especially if they're redundant.  I never listen to vinyl, and as long as I have the CDs, why am I still holding on to this stuff?  I'm moving out of state soon, so it's time to pass this stuff on to another collector who will enjoy owning it more than I currently do.
