The Vinyl's are from a large private collection..

 The LP has only ever been played one time to transfer for my private listening. I am almost certain that the 12" single has never been played.
The condition of the vinyl is Near Mint  The condition of the outer picture sleeve is excellent, (has some light crease marks to the lower right corner. No splits. The condition of the inner lyric/photo sleeve is excellent,  The condition of the Large fold out poster is very good (has never been on display) just kept within the collection for years from new.  may have some very minor wear to some of the corners from natural ageing.
