This Is Promo Label Issue Copy, The Words "Sample (Not for Sale)" and Release Date are Printed on Both Labels, A Small Japanese "Sample(Not for Sale) Sticker is on The Front Part of Picture Sleeve.
Disc is EX, Sleeve is EX Minus, This Copy Does Not Have Any Poster Insert.
