Description

Back in the 1984, a new heavy metal band released their debut album. It was self titled, and had the band in a shock rock pose on the cover. That band was W.A.S.P., and the first album made quite a name for themselves. Kevin DuBrow of Quiet Riot claimed that they would become the biggest band in the world. Though this didn't happen, the band rocked the world on their own terms, and are STILL around to this very day!

W.A.S.P. took everything they learned from Alice Cooper, the New York Dolls, Kiss, early Motley Crue and Twisted Sister, and took it all to the next level! The debut album blew everyone away, including me! I was fortunate enough to see the band in their prime, as they opened for Iron Maiden in the 80s. It was one of the best concerts I ever saw!

In 2017, Madfish Music (by way of Sanctuary) reissued this metal classic on picture disc! This will come in a special die cut sleeve, and in its original sealed shrinkwrap! The hype sticker is on the outside of sleeve. Artwork from the album cover is on the A side. The back of the sleeve has the four band member's pics, and song titles and credits. Picture discs sound great these days, so turn this bad boy up! A great 80s heavy metal classic, on a sweet looking picture! And at at a rockin' good price!
