You are bidding on the very rare and highly sought after 7“ release by WARSAW, the band that became JOY DIVISION. Original first pressing from 1981 and released on ‘Enigma’ records (catalogue number PSS 138). Although confusion reigned as to whether it was a bootleg or not, it was apparently released with the approval of the group’s management as a collectors LIMITED EDITION release. This powerful 3-tracker titled ‘The Ideal Beginning’ EP. All songs were recorded on 18th July 1977. Born in original poster sleeve, that means the jacket opens up into a 14’ x 14’ cover. It includes the raw and unfiltered ´77 punk stompers ‘Gutz’ and ‘At A Later Date’. The other great song titled ‘Inside The Line’. Your record collection will be that much richer for this addition. Mailing / Versand: alle Platten werden in einer neutralen weißen 7“ Hülle außerhalb des Plattencovers verschickt, um Beschädigungen am Originalcover zu vermeiden (all records will be sent in plain white 7“ sleeves outside of the picture sleeves to avoid any seam splits). Ebenso werden alle Platten entsprechend stabil in speziellen Schallplatten-Versandkartons mit zwei dicken Pappkartons verpackt (all records will be shipped in special record mailers, two cardboard paddings (the best) will be used to avoid bending).
