Description

Hi, my name is Brian and I have been collecting vinyl for many years. My main interest has been PROGRESSIVE especially the VERTIGO SWIRL/SPIRAL LABEL, reputed to be the most collectable label in the world?

After Selling 2 complete sets of VERTIGO UK SWIRL albums, I am now selling my collection of NON UK pressings. I have been quite fussy about the QUALITY, CONDITION and they must be the VERY FIRST PRESSINGS. The latter has been the hardest to decipher and has had me buying and selling many copies of the same album to achieve this, and I almost have with these collectable gems.

I am not and have never been a 'dealer' by profession, but I have always given honest descriptions and lots of clear photo's of any items I have sold. I do know how disappointing it is when you open that package and the item has been over sold with expressions such as "AWESOME" etc when the item is only in EX- condition or worse. If you are in anyway disappointed with an item from me you are most welcome to return it with a FULL REFUND, providing it is an honest and just mistake by myself as I believe in my descriptions.

SO HERE WE GO.......

For sale here is --WARHORSE--RED SEA--AUSTRALIAN ORIGINAL FIRST PRESSING. 1972, stereo 6360 066

SLEEVE.....GATEFOLD and UN-LAMINATED. This un-laminated sleeve is in superb N/MINT condition, the surface is in great un-marked condition. It is showing ALMOST NO WEAR. It is very flat and square. The colours are very strong and vibrant LIKE NEW. The top edges are N/MINT, the bottom edges are also N/MINT. The front is N/MINT with  NO UNWANTED WRITING, NO STICKER TEARS, NO STICKERS , NO STAINING. The rear  is in the same wonderful N/MINT condition with NO RING WEAR. The inner gatefold is also in N/MINT condition. The opening edges are in lovely N/MINT condition with no tears and no feathering. There is NO spine wear to one edge. There is a tiny amount of wear to the very tips of the corners. All in all this is in wonderful condition for a 38year old sleeve. N/MINT....STUNNING. YOU WILL FIND IT HARD TO BETTER THIS ONE.

LABELS.....There is NO unwanted writing, staining, stickers, residue or tears. There is NO spindle wear. N/MINT, N/MINT

VINYL....Both sides of this fantastic album still have their JUST PRESSED deep black shine. When you hold this album in the very brightest of lights you can see VERY FEW, VERY LIGHT surface hair lines which were caused by removal and replacement in and out of the inner sleeve, there are no nasty marks or scratches. In normal daylight this album is N/MINT. I have played this album on my very sensitive and revealing LINN SONDEK and the sound is UN-WORN, it is full and crisp there is NO loss of sound quality at all, wonderful sound stage and stereo seperation. There are FEW dust crackles that can be heard only in the quiet parts of the music or between tracks, but a professional clean should sort out most of that. These HEAVY VINYL origional pressings are second to none. This really is a great copy that any collector would be delighted to add to their collection, a real KEEPER .  N/MINT-N/MINT. WONDERFUL!

THIS ALBUM IS NOW SO VERY VERY RARE AND THIS ONE IS A REAL CRACKER!

DONT MISS THIS ONE.

THERE CANT BE MANY OTHERS LEFT IN THIS LOVELY CONDITION.

Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions.

I prefer payment by paypal, UK bidders may use a personal cheque.
