This is in really good excellent condition. The Vinyl is dusty but I don't think either disc have been played. The look excellent.
The inner part of the gatefold with the scene of the common looks mint to me and the 16 page booklet looks completely untouched with no creases of damage.
The outer cardboard sleeve looks bright and presentable. There are some rubs and wear but overall very good.
I'm not a professional vinyl seller or grader so I'm trying to describe this as best I can.
I think it is excellent and far better than the others I've seen.
