Walter Steding and the Dragon People – The Joke / Chase the Dragon – Earhole Productions – Ultra Rare NYC Art / Post Punk – Andy Warhol Production / Art – No Reserve

Extremely rare collector’s piece and I believe debut recording from art punk violinist Walter Steding. Last copy of this record I saw available sold for nearly $800 and previously saw a copy on an art collector’s list for over $1000. Both sides are NYC downtown funky post-punk. The record was produced by Andy Warhol who was behind the artwork as well which is what makes this record so sought after. Clean copy and no reserve.
