WALKING BLUES 1979 FLYRIGHT FLY LP 541 Mono UK IMPORT Alan Lomax RARE BLUES
Description Up for your consideration is this very scarce 1979 copy of "Walking Blues" by Son House, Fiddlin' Joe Martin, Eillie Brown, Leroy Williams and david Edwards. This was released on the Flyright label as FLY LP 541. Features many tracks recorded by Alan Lomax in 1941 for The Library Of Congress. Really rare stuff!
The record is visually graded a strong VG+ (the highest grade I give), with no real issues to report. The labels are clean with no spindle marks. The cover is a strong VG+, with only minimal corner bumping and a super light bend. The seams and spine are tight. A four page insert is included. The inner sleeve is acetate lined paper and thought to be origional. Overall, a really nice copy of a really rare LP. I tend to grade conservatively. You won't be disappointed.
So, if this hard to find early blues LP will fill a gap in that collection of yours, why not toss in a bid? Who knows when (or if) another copy will surface. Offered at a reasonable open and NO RESERVE!!

Bid with confidence that your record will be carefully packed and promptly shipped. All opened LP's are cleaned on a "Nitty Gritty" record cleaning machine and inserted into new 3mm. outer sleeves. The records are shipped in new anti-static inner sleeves. They are shipped in designated record shipping cartons with cardboard reinforcement inserts.
I try to describe items as honestly and accurately as possible. I encourage questions, but please ask them prior to biding. It will help avoid confusion.
California buyers will be charged 8.00% sales tax unless a signed California resale certificateis provided prior to shipping. Sorry, but just a resale number won't do.
I charge only actual shipping costs plus a small "handling fee". EBay has a gag order on us when discussing insurance, so the "handling fee" covers the cost of insurance and delivery confirmation where applicable, as well as any additional fees imposed on shipping charges. Sorry!
