This is a VERY RARE surf compilation that was recorded live at the WAIKIKI SHELL on September 14, 1963. It was a battle of 18 bands vying for the top spot. There was a total of 10,000 fans that saw the SPIEDELS win 1st prize. Other bands include the Royal Victors, Regents, Dukes, Vaqueros, Road Runners, Strollers, Harmonics and the Bel-Aires. The cover, labels and vinyl are a beautiful mint minus that would make an excellent addition to a surf collection! It's a keeper copy for sure dude.
