Description

A very rare box set of 6 super rare British psych singles and 4 page booklet. Limited edition.
The boxes were issued in 2004 and at the time I bought 2 each of Volumes 3 and 4 ( still to be listed ) THE DISCS THEMSELVES HAVE NEVER BEEN PLAYED
The sets were  officially sanctioned from the vaults of Decca/Deram 
Sadly the Decca and Deram recording bosses would not allow reproduction of the original labels so due to copyright reasons original labels were not replicated BUT the same label information is. The singles included are exactly as they came with plain white sleeves and comprise 6 separate 45rpm discs covering 1966 to 1968 , that would cost a small fortune to purchase originals of in today’s market.
All were remastered from original master tapes with the sound quality being far superior to the originals and cut by Direct Metal Mastering at Abbey Road studios.
The booklet explains that nearly all the titles included in this set were issued outside the UK. See pic for artists and songs.
Artists include The Attack, Virgin Sleep, The Cryin Shames,  The Score, The Syn, Sea-ders
Certainly a future collectable that will only increase in price
