Description

You are bidding on a Vogue The Picture Record number R707 by Clyde McCoy and his Orchestra. This has the rarer BLACK VOGUE PRINTING. Songs include Basin Street Blues (Matrix #P7-1DA) and Sugar Blues (Matrix #P5-1DA). These are very limited records and were only made for two years 1946 - 1947 by Sav Way Industries of Detroit MI. A unique production method starting with a metal plate as the core, then a picture applied, vinyl poured and grooves cut. Nearly unbreakable. Colors are strong and vibrant. This disc is in excellent condition and does have minor marks but NO chips or cracks and is over 70 years old. A very nice example of this rarer Vogue Picture Record.
