Included in the set is a booklet which has song lyrics, information about the instruments of the orchestra, composer biographies and drawing showing various dance steps.  The booklet in in fair condition with several condition issues. 

The twelve records come in their original box which is in fair condition with corner and edge wear, tape residue, split corners, etc. 

CONDITION:  My assessment is that two of the record sleeves are in Good Plus condition as there are no seam splits.  The remaining records sleeves are in Good condition because there are splits in the bottom seams.   In addition two of the record sleeves have splits in the both the bottom and spine seams.   The splits are up to 1 1/2 inches in length.   There are no inner sleeves for the records.

The records appear to be in Good Condition.   They need to be cleaned of finger smudges and surface dust.  However I have not been able to test play the records to confirm there are no skips.
