Very good used condition!
Not professionally graded, but in reviewing eBay's grading descriptions, I would say both the record and the cover is are VG+.
Record surface has some very light scratches from use.
Cover has a small discoloration in the front lower right corner, but otherwise is in really nice shape.
Stored in a plastic sheath.
