Vintage 1979 PiL Public Image Ltd METAL BOX 45 RPM 12" 3 Record Set Virgin

Product Description

You are viewing a vintage 1979 PiL (Public Image Ltd) Metal Box set. On Virgin Records LTD. Set consists of 3 12" 45 RPM records. Comes in original metal box, with track list insert and plain white paper separators between the records. Also included is a PiL 1982 ticket stub.

I am not a collector, but I will do my best to describe the condition of the set, and I would rather have you pleasantly surprised instead of disappointed! Using the Goldmine Magazine Grading standard, I will grade the records as a VG. They have light surface scuffs and scratches and some fingerprint smudges. They still have a nice gloss to them. The metal box would probably be graded as a 'G'. It has heavy scuffs and scratches, and multiple dents and dings. It has a small sticker on the front and a "Metal 1" sticker on the back.The insert has curled edges and bends. The ticket has heavy creases. The paper separators have some light ring imprints from the records.

Records are engraved around the labels as:

Metal 1-B-1 (The original 'B' looks like it was messed up - almost like they wrote 'A' first - and two additional 'B's were written below and above)

Metal 1-E-1
Metal 1-F-3
