NOTES: Completely obscure 1983 soundtrack LP for an equally obscure film you will probably never see. Includes a side each by King Henry and Philly Cream. The King Henry tracks include weird wacky soundtrack instrumentals with video game effects and an ode to spy music; I kind of like the cheesiness factor but the only song by them that is funk or soul is the Side 1 closer "Come To Me". The first Philly Cream track "So Much To Talk About" is great soul/funk; this track did appear on an earlier album by them, but the 4:12 timing on this version is different so not sure if this is the same version. "Universal Funk" seems to be unique to this record, and is excellent funk that does not sound like 1983. "Pie" is a pretty good soul ballad, and "Ghost Riders" is an ok cover of the very familiar old song.
Record is clean and plays well with light surface noise in spots. It sounds better on my home stereo than in the samples below, because my USB turntable is a budget model that plays with more surface noise than a good turntable/cartridge does. Back cover has price sticker and front cover has an area above the movie title that was scratched with a pen.

GRADES: SEALED, NM, EXC, VG+, VG, VG-, G, FAIR, POOR.
I grade strictly under bright light. My highest grade for an unsealed record is NM (NEAR MINT) - a record must look like new to be graded NM! An EXC record will show only slight signs of prior play. A VG+ is a solid used record that should play well but has minor visual flaws. A VG has more obvious flaws BUT is not trashed. Records graded VG- or worse will often play much better than they look.
