While I can't find a comparable standard Victor label, I think this one is around 1915.
Artist and selection unknown (can't read the script)
Condition and Comments - This one has a bit of swish in play. It is not immediately apparent of the cause. The center hole is not centered so the arm wiggles back and forth a bit. There are some vertical marks that may be a bit of a bump. In any case, the music comes through loud and strong but with a bit of swish. VG
