Description

I have up for auction a wonderful and complete Album Set of 4 records (78s) on the Victor label. It is Set P-82 by The Dixieland Jazz Group of "NBC's Chamber Music Society of Lower Basin Street with Lena Horne and Conductor Henry Levine. It is entitled "The Birth Of The Blues", an Album of W. C. Handy Music. The records include: 

1. #27542, "St. Louis Blues"-vocal Lena Horne and "Memphis Blues"-Instrumental. 

2. #27543, "Beale Street Blues"-vocal Lena Horne and "Joe Turner Blues"-Instrumental. 

3. #27544, Aunt Hagar's Blues"-vocal Lena Horne and "East St. Louis Blues"-Instrumental. 

4. #27545, Careless Love"-Bluels-vocal Lena Horne and "John Henry Blues"-Instrumental.   

The records are in very good plus to excellent condition, hardly any wear and any scuffs or scratches are few, light and surface variety. Surfaces still fairly shiny and clean. Cover and inside sleeves in very good condition as well.
