From what I could gather from listening, this comedian was in the Atlanta area at a local comedy club.
This is adult comedy and it is actually pretty funny.

The record has some light surface marks. It plays very good, I did not hear any background noise, pops, or skips.
The cover is in the original shrinkwrap. There is some stains and corner wear.
