Description

Here is a gorgeous copy of the Chicago Symphony's Requiem by Verdi.  It features Janet Baker, Veriano Luchetti and, of course, Leontyne Price in her signature role.  No pun intended, but she has signed the box "Sincerely, Leontyne Price" in matching silver ink to the lettering on the box.
Both LPs have been run through the MKII spin-cleaner even though they didn't really need it.  I just like to do it pre-sale.  One side has been play-graded and they all are visually the same - NM-.  RCA's high-end Red Seal label and original inner sleeves.
I've graded the box VG+  It's very close to NM- since it has no split corners like so many boxes.  There is a minor bit of flecking to the silver lettering (zoom in on the R in Verdi which has the most of anything).  No writing, marks, stains, tears, etc.   The booklet is also gorgeous.  What a find!
