Venom – Black Metal - RARE original 1982 LP with Embossed Sleeve, 1982, NEAT 1005
I’ve owned this since 1988 – my friend was a massive Venom fan and suddenly decided he didn’t like them anymore – he was literally going to put this and the other Venom vinyl in the bin. Rather than let that happen I said I’d have them.
Like the other Venom vinyl I’m selling it has not been played at all since 1989!
Sleeve good condition - vinyl in SUPERB condition - see photos. I can't see any scratches or scuffs at all on the vinyl - looks like new. Comes from a non-smoking home.
I believe this is the first UK pressing issue pressing from 1982, 'Black Metal' is embossed. On Neat label NEAT 1005, Matrix runout details appear to be:
- Side A: NEAT 1005 A & has 5 'amorphous blobs' etched
- Side B: NEAT 1005 B Utopia "RIHTLOE"
