Velvet Underground with Lou Reed - Live 1969
(Mercury 6641 900 UK Double LP 1974)
This is a UK original double LP pressing. It has a top-opening gatefold sleeve, & comes with its original polythene-lined company inner sleeve.
The records have 1st press 1Y#1/ 2Y#1/ A1/ B1 matrix stampers on both records.
A great live performance from Texas & San Francisco in 1969.
Gatefold Sleeve: There is a small record shop sticker on the front. Otherwise very mild ringwear & rubbing wear. NEAR EX condition.
Vinyl 1: Very light sleeve rubs that can be seen under a strong light. EX condition. There is a small sticker stain on one label side. Otherwise the labels are nice and clean & show mild spindle wear. Plays Excellent+. Really well indeed.
Vinyl 2: Very light sleeve rubs that can be seen under a strong light, some very light pressing marks & one tiny mark. NEAR EX condition. There is a small sticker on one label side. Otherwise the labels are nice and clean & show very mild spindle wear. Plays Excellent+. Really well indeed.
Grading adheres to “Record Collector” specifications. I shall use good quality packaging (proper vinyl mailers & two card dividers).
Insurance is necessary if this item exceeds £40. Overseas buyers will add £5.25 extra (plus an additional £2.50 if the item value exceeds £70).
