Info: Original UK Stereo A2/B1 first Pressing - SVL9201 - with the following sleeve details

- Visible skull tattoo on laminated front cover with flipback rear.
- "File under POPULAR : Pop Groups" on top right
- Back cover credits Lou Reed for "Guitar" rather than just "Lead Guitar"
- "Printed and made by Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd. Patents Pending S/VLP 9201" on bottom right
- Here She Comes now correct listing
- Black/Silver Verve label.
