Verve V6-5046, 1968. Original "Three Prong Music", stereo, East Coast pressing with MISPRINT. Side 1: V6-5046 SIDE 1 MGS-1258. Side 2: V6-5046 SIDE 2 MGS-1259. Cover concept by ANDY WARHOL. Front cover with skull, V6-5046 on top left, STEREO on top right. Back cover reads There She Comes Now, Lou Reed lead guitar credit, and Warhol is credited for cover concept. Spine reads from left to right, with front of cover facing upwards: V6-5046 WHITE LIGHT/WHITE HEAT THE VELVET UNDERGROUND VERVE. Blue/silver T Verve label. "Three Prong Music All Selections BMI".
