Description
Unpeeled copy of Velvet Underground and Nico. First off I am not going to put any grading score on this. I will be descriptive as possible as I’ve bought records for over 25 years now. I’ve always liked this record so I never bothered with figuring out exactly what pressing it is. It’s early I know that much. The matrix numbers are included in photos if you’d like to look it up. Because I bought this record to listen to I do not know it’s value. Starting as a .99 cent auction. I will answer any questions I can regarding this auction so please ask.
See photos for condition. Overall I was always happy with this record. Somewhere way back the corner of this beauty suffered some liquid damage hence the staining and bend in the cover.
Vinyl has previous owners name written in black marker on each side of record. Ive listened to this record many times with no issue. It could use a good cleaning. There is dust. I have run out of my cleaning solution and any further cleaning is up to the new owner. There are two scratches of note. One on each side. Both are pictured. I don’t have a high end set up. Played it tonight on a technics 1200 with an AT stylus and it didn’t skip on either side. The vinyl is not perfect but I was beyond happy with the condition when I dug it out of a crate years ago and I’m still happy with it.
It’s not perfect but it’s an amazing piece of history and a really good listen. Nearly every person who has been over looking through my records has pulled this one out and drooled over it and we have played it and shared stories.

Unfortunately this auction is for the USA only. Shipping prices where I can track the item out of the country are ridiculously high but I will not ship unless I am protected as a seller. Thank you for your understanding.
