Description
Ved Buens Ende - original Misanthropy release of this album on double purple vinyl in gatefaold sleeve. Very rare.
There once was a great band. An absolutely marvelous group that three words constructed its name: Ved. Buens. Ende. They were formed in an epoch when a part of the black metal scene was striving for a more intellectual approach… and on my opinion the bands that actually offered the breath that the genre needed were MASTER’S HAMMER (Any objections?), FLEURETY, ARCTURUS, GEHENNA and of course VED BUENS ENDE. After their first effort named “Those who caress the pale”, V.B.Ende created an absolutely enchanting album called “Written in waters”, that surprised almost everyone with the abilities that mastermind Carl-Michael possessed to express his personal mourning. An album that was constructed in an artistically excellent way in every aspect. Actually, I consider “Written in waters” as one of the most important progressive/art-rock albums of our decade. Of course it was supposed to be hosted by the most important extreme metal label of the nineties, Misanthropy records.
Vinyl is in perfect position as it has never been played. Cover is in very good condition with a few scuffs on the spine and corners.
