Here is your opportunity to own the legendary Astral Weeks album from Van Morrison.  This was the second studio album from Van Morrison and also his first for Warner Brothers.  This album is held in high regard by many fans and critics alike.  Rolling Stone Magazine ranked Astral Weeks number 19 out of the top 500 albums of all time.  This album is truly a masterpiece written and performed by Van Morrison.  If you have never heard this album, you owe to yourself to hear it on vinyl.  This LP is the second pressing on the Warner Brothers green label from 1969.  This particular LP has WS 1768 A-1B  O  XS 39435 as the matrix number etched in the dead wax, on side one.  Side two of the LP has WS 1768 B- (S)  B 39436-1F etched on the dead wax.  The vinyl is in Excellent/Very Good Plus condition.  Each side of the LP has some light hairline scratches and a few paper scuffs.  The blemishes have little to no affect on the playback.  The playback is Excellent or better.  The LP labels are quite clean with only a couple of light spindle marks on each side.  This album also includes the original Warner Brothers Company inner sleeve.  The inner sleeve is in good condition with 3 inch splits on the middle of each seam.  The LP cover is in Very Good Condition.  The album cover has some ring wear that is noticeable on the front and the back.  The ring wear is much more prominent on the front of the cover.  The dark color LP covers always suffer from signs of age.  The seams and spine all have some amount of wear.  The top seam shows the most signs of age/wear and it has a fair amount of color loss.  The spine also shows some signs of wear/deterioration.  The W in the catalog number has some wear.  The 6 and 8 and in the catalog numbers are partially missing.  The spine is completely legible save for the worn areas in the catalog numbers.  All of the corners have some rounding and small creases.  This album has been professionally cleaned on a VPI 16.5 and will be shipped in a brand new white inner sleeve.  The album jacket will come in a new 3 mil poly sleeve.  The album will be professional shipped in an LP mailer with two 12 inch cardboard inserts.  The LP will be positioned outside of the jacket when shipped.  This album is ready for playing or storage.  Please let me know if you have any questions.  I do not ship outside of the United States.  I can combine shipping for multiple auction wins.  Please bid with confidence.
