This is a nice Japanese import lp record by Van Morrison titled "Moondance". This lp is on the Warner Brothers Record Label #8602. Condition of the record is mint minus with clean labels. The cover is mint minus with the original OBI banner and lyric insert. There are no splits, tears, cut out holes, writing  or stickers to the cover!  This is guaranteed to be an original!
