Description

One of those actual rare records that occasionally does surface. Take advantage of this rarity - at a VERY agreeable price. You can find the solid green Warner copies - but the orange Warners labels are hellishly difficult to source. Matrix A2/B2. The heavy-set vinyl comes housed in an original cover from the time. Note the cover exhibits the three exposed flipbacks as you should find on a true late 60's cover. Also take a look at the spine pics - it's pinched top and bottom. This is how they printed covers - originally in the sixties. We also have an original poly-lined inner sleeve too.
Vinyl (Vg/Vg+) A great specimen which has seen a fair bit of use, but remains in more than respectable condition. Expect a few light marks per side. And one on each side is semi-feelable and will sound briefly [details below]. Thoroughly tested and plays MOSTLY, but not exclusively VERYGOOD+ with a couple of deviations per side. A very nice original player - it won't play clean all the way through. But when on song is delivering a very fine rendition from this rare and collectable original copy. Expect a bit of background in a couple of tracks. I'm getting some background in the lower key moments in 'Beside You' & in 'Madame George'. Nothing upfront or distracting. There's also a small mark early in track 1 and this cause 4-5 clicks [side 1]. A few ticks midway though 'Madame George'. Overall a great little player. Offered to the market at a sensible affordable price. Enjoy!
Cover (Vg+) Looking better than many specimens - someone's take care with it. Lovely clean front and worth mentioning the colour palette is excellently preserved. No signs of light fade - but a few stress creases at the extremities. The rear has escaped the worst of the ageing process. Expect a bit at the openings - that's all really. Flipbacks all perfectly intact and secure. Minimal edge wear. The spine is 100% intact - very nice indeed. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
Inner (Vg) A bit grubby in places. Bag present. No splits.
