Van Halen - Balance - Warner Bros 9-45760-1 - Original 1995 First Press - Near Mint 
LP is in gorgeous near mint condition.  I am the one who open it and it has seen maybe 5 spins in it’s lifetime.  Cover it about as good as you’ll find.  Please see photos.
Parted ways with my personal collection.  Most went in one big lot to a dealer.  Kept a handful of hard to find ones and am listing them now.  I will ship to the USA only.  Flat shipping rate will include insurance for the purchase price.  I will discount for combined shipping if you win multiple LPs.  Will be shipped in a brand new Mighty Record Mail (has the edges that protect the corners from getting banged up).  LP will be removed from the cover for shipping.  Payment within 3 days of auction close.  Auction format only, the highest bidder will win, please do not message me for a buy it now price or to make an offer.
