Description

Van Halen Balance original vinyl LP from 1995 Warner Brothers catalog # 1-45760. This record is Near Mint (NM). I bought it brand new in 1995 as a novelty since I didn't at the time and never have owned a record player. I played it once on my parents player (and probably only side 1), but I'm confident that's all it has ever been played. This album is a rarity since vinyl LP's were not popular in the mid-1990's. The sleeve does have the slightest ring wear, but it's close to perfect, and so is the lyric sheet insert. This is from a smoke-FREE home.
