Description
Apart from a 2 inch split in the spine, a small split in the front opening and the odd light stain , the cover is a pretty reasonable sharp, square and clean VG++. This is a positive grade when you consider that the cover is flimsy and easily ruined (check out the handfull of destroyed copies on Popsike). As for the disc, rather like grading UK reggae 45s from the 1960s, one has to make allowances for records that will never show up mint . Although there is the odd scuff and bits of grit and dirt in the run in the run in grooves by most standards this item is a reasonable VG++ and is certainly one of the cleaner copies you'll find (if...you can find another!). Although it could do with a deep groove clean with a VPI machine (I wish I had one!) by the standards of most high end African LPs this is actually a pretty nice copy, although as I said earlier, allowances have to be made.
