VIRGIN INSANITY - ILLUSIONS OF THE MAINTENANCE MAN 

Ultra rare Original 1971 private pressing (Funky 72411). Only 200 copies pressed! 

Obscure and still fairly unknown basement acid folk masterpiece 
with the earnestly primitive male-female vocals.

It also includes ultra rare 8.5" X 11" insert!!!


MONSTER RARITY AND EASILY ONE OF TOP-10 RAREST US PRIVATE FOLK PSYCH ALBUMS!!!

THIS IS THE ORIGINAL, AUTHENTIC, US PRIVATE PRESSING. 
THIS IS NOT A REISSUE, AN IMPORT, OR A COUNTERFEIT PRESSING.

Anyway, It's no longer possible to find in any condition!!!

Cover : Ex-   Very fragile plain white cover with the artist and title stamped on the front, still in nice condition. 
Some stains, wear here and there. discoloration for its age. Light creases on edges. 
Yellow smile sticker on the back, this is attached from the sale at that time by the band.

Vinyl : Side1 is Ex  Very clean, light paper scuffs, plays fantastic! 
Side 2 is Vg  3 scratches on track 1 to 4 (see pic 6), they causes occasional light ticks, but not serious, plays great without any skip or jump.

And, there are small dents on each side caused by their private pressing quality (see pic 7), 
there are low level surface noises, but nothing serious, no skip.
Otherwise plays fine throughoutly, fantastic! 


Grading is basically by visual inspection, but being a long-time record collector, I've gotten pretty good at it.
I will mention honestly if I play graded, which I do if it seems necessary.
