NM = clean and glossy vinyl with no marks and no surface noise, covers almost as new
EX = a small number of superficial surface marks like sleeve removal hairlines or light needle marks that have no adverse affect on play, covers one or two blemishes eg sticker stain or light crease
VG+ = some light sleeve lines and/or scuffs, occasional minor noise that the music overpowers but audible in between tracks, track introductions or quieter passages, covers light wear to edges, minor ring wear/creasing, corner bumps, age spots, small writing
VG = more obvious marks/scuffs/light scratches with surface noise but still a decent listen, covers with heavier creasing or ring wear, tears, splits or obvious writing
