The album is in poor condition and the sleeves are brittle from age. It is intact and not falling apart. There is one empty sleeve.  The records themselves appear in very good condition with very minor (if any) scratches here and there. I do not have a record player and have not been able to listen to them (however, as a kid, i remember listening to records that were in much worse condition than these). If you have any questions, Please feel free to contact me.
