VICKIE BAINES:  PARKWAY Records P-966 (Mfd in the USA  in 1966)    COUNTRY GIRL/ARE YOU KIDDING   -  An original 1966 DJ Promotional pressing of a genuinely mega-rare record.  This is the first and only copy that I've ever seen.  The Label is clean and very very white.  The B Side has a date stamped on it, which is common with DJ Promos.  The Sticker on the A Side is a Gold Paper sticker;  a good number of 45's in this collection had this sticker on them.  It must have come from the Distributor, or perhaps the DJ, who had this at one time.  It's held on by about half the sticker and might come off easily with lighter fluid, but I decided not to try to do anything with it.  The Vinyl came in the original plain white sleeve it came with, which is always a good sign.  It has all the original gloss, and it looks new.  It plays beautifully at Almost New/New, and was probably never played until I checked it out.  I've posted some audio clips from both sides of this record at:     www.gate.net/~rhanes/vickiebaines45.wma   -    If you click onto this hyperlink, you can download them as WINDOWS MEDIA AUDIO Files and listen for yourself. If this sells to a non-US Buyer, and it sells for $50-$120, it will have to ship via Registered Mail (but I'll pay 4.00 of the 11.75 Registered Mail Fee. If it sells to a non-US Buyer for $120-$400, it will have to ship Air Priority Legal Size Envelope ($35.00), and I'll have to pay for Insurance for the full amount sold. If it sells to a non-US Buyer for over $400, it will have to ship Express Mail International ($44.00) and I'll pay for Insurance.  Don't pay for this until you receive my Bill/Invoice.  If you have less than 8 Feedbacks, and win this, you will have to pay for shipping that includes Delivery Confirmation (Registered, Priority, or Express Mail International).  If you want to pay outside of the Paypal system (West. Paypal rules make it very difficult and expensive to ship anything out of the country now, since they require on-line Tracking Numbers.
