►  It is puzzling that eBay.com doesn't expect international sellers listing on their site. The automated system is seriously flawed and assumes that I'm based in the US. But I am not. The system enforces a predetermined maximum shipping cost of $4.00 which may not be correct. Unfortunately this is not editable and always defaults to the same amount. This is rather annoying and a major cause for buyer confusion. But eBay doesn't care.

Good news: With the US dollar getting stronger it is currently possibly to post a 7″ package for eBay's predetermined shipping rate. It's a squeeze but right now I can manage.

Postage, packaging and handling is never treated as a money making opportunity. Applicable shipping rates are in fact slighty less than actual cost.

International buyers Paypal only. From Swiss buyers bank-transfer (IBAN) is preferred.

Prompt payment is much appreciated. On business days (Monday-Friday) shipping usually within 24 hours of cleared payment.

All records are removed from the cover to prevent seam splitting and stored in a separate plain sleeve. All is placed in a protective plastic sleeve and carefully packaged in a clean, quality box.

Once your package is handed over to the post office, usually within 1 business day of cleared payment, I no longer have control over it. I can't be held responsible for any damage during transit, I can't ensure that your local postman will smile when the package is delivered to you. Shipping to certain countries can take a long time (up to 4 weeks). Please be patient.

Please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

In case you're not happy with your purchase contact me immediately so we can work out a solution. Post the item back within 14 days. Refund (through Paypal) is offered when the exact same record, in the same condition it left me, is safely returned. Sealed records must be returned sealed. The buyer pays for the return postage.

thank you
