About This Record. This is another very rare record my collection, one of about six (6) or seven (7) Wanda Jackson LPs I think I might sell. This one is an original VERY FIRST Lp by Wanda from 1958 on Capitol Records. Just as rare as the original Esquerita LP on Capitol Rainbow label as well! This is Not a keeper cover copy for most folks, or the vinyl but the vinyl plays great, and I know few people that have a keeper copy that is better than a nice VG!! Just people that want to own a copy! And this is IT! No major problems with the vinyl but background noise and pops here and there, as this is a VG copy. Very RARE! Nice combo of country and rockabilly from 1958!

I offer full refund including shipping both ways (for USA and foreign buyers in case for some wildly strange reason you might be unhappy with this purchase. Comes hand-cleaned on my VPI 16.5 Record Cleaning machine (hate those automated 17's) and placed in a new dust-free sleeve for your grandchildren. And at least one plastic sleeves for moisture protection (for you and me).
Cover Condition: Very Good (VG) cover. The top seam is split Two inches top left, and one inch top right, and 1/2 inch in bottom right corner. Light corner rubs. No writing. VERY NICE as these things go. Please See all the Photos I took. I didn't take them for fun and frolic.
Vinyl Condition: Very Good (VG) vinyl. Looks VG with some noticeable paper marks, but Plays with many Excellent (EX) moments, plays mainly VG+ so STRONG VG rating. Plays with light background noise here and there, of course. Nice enough copy for most folks given the age and rarity, and I GIVE UP trying to find an EX copy.
Labels. Near Mint (NM) labels. See Photo. Please see photos of all labels.
Inserts: Comes with the old Capitol Records factory paper inner sleeve that came with this LP when I bought it decades ago, but it appears to be a few years older. . . but no worries, the vinyl also comes hand-cleaned on my VPI record cleaning machine and in a new rice paper equivalent sleeve so the old Dust does not reattach! Oh My Gosh!
Packaging. I clean all vinyl on my V.P.I. Record Cleaning Machine and place it in a new innersleeve so the old dust does not reattach; but I also include the innersleeve that came with the LP if it is the original. I separate the vinyl in its new sleeve after cleaning from the cover, and place the cover and the separately packed vinyl in at least one if not two plastic innersleeves that help protect against moisture damage during this cool records transition to your record collection. I use sturdy carboard containers with real corners and pack with at least two insert stiffeners, and I place neon stickers on the front and back of the package indicating “Do Not Bend” and/or “Fragile” or something like that to help facilitate a safe passage.
