JACKET - VG lots of creases on the top corners, one rip on the spine, slight ring wear, edge wear, etc?

VINYL VG+. Play tested and plays like a VG++. There is some scuffing. No skips or pops. Light BG noise a few times, but might go away with a deep clean.
